From the 6th July 2020, UK citizens already resident in Spain can apply  for the TIE Foreigners Identity Card. The new process was brought in to comply with Article 18.4 of the Withdrawal Agreement (WA) with the UK leaving the European Union. An ITV sticker is given with a pass sheet once a vehicle passes successfully an ITV test. If your car is less than four years old, a sticker on the windscreen is not needed because the first ITV test has to be done when the car reaches this age.
